Returns available within 14 days for eligible items. Custom or personalized products are not returnable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once production or dispatch begins, cancellations are no longer possible and the order will be fulfilled.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days upon receiving your return request. Please allow 5‑10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment account, depending on your bank/card issuer processing speed.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
